Pros
Used to be able to work overtime but the new CEO took that away. Now there using BPO agents and usually get 1-2 calls a day from a customer complaining about the BPO agent that took the initial call.
Cons
If could rate this TOP WORST PLACES TO WORK IN TAMPA BAY it would probably be #1!! Been here over 8 years now. This used to be a fun place to come to work and enjoyable now with the CEO making all these changes is miserable and depressing can’t make what used to so feels like being demoted. After years of making more money and get raises every year now can’t make more money cause no overtime. There are many other better places to work in Tampa Bay for sales people than PODS I would stay away if trying to make a career in sales cause you will never get ahead.
