      Pros

      The pay for Class B in NW Florida is the highest you will find. My managers at my branch office are the best managers I have ever worked for. 5-12 stops a day 15min outside the truck working hydraulics per stop

      Cons

      If you have no hydraulic experience or hand eye coordination this job could be hard for you. NO SICK TIME. My manager has given me everyday I've ever needed off. But if you have an unexpected illness you can count on your vacation time only. We frequently work overtime personally i like it but many people whine about that.

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
