      Pros

      -All-star CEO with a growth focus. -Learning culture. -Team that works together and checks ego at the door. -Team has a diversity of backgrounds and experience. -Ownership (Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan) makes for a great social mission.

      Cons

      -Technology platforms (but improving). -Incentives, benefits, work flexibility (while these aren't bad, they are falling behind other companies of similar size as the post-COVID landscape rapidly changes the workspace).

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
