Pros

Good hourly pay, bonuses and commissions, good benefits, positive-minded coworkers on USA-based teams, reasonable training, ability to work from home

Cons

Extremely long wait times for customers in the call center during peak season which makes them frustrated and hostile before speaking with you, increasing reliance on overseas call centers, lack of inspection prior to delivery of damaged or dirty containers to customers, no proration policy for monthly billing cycle, growing category of reasons to not offer customers refunds.

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
