      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with. I have been working here a while & the main reason I’m trying to weather through the storm is because I love who I work with.

      Cons

      It is terrifying what our CEO has done. She has diminished our pride in our company & has outsourced to BPO agents. She dug us so deep in debt that we barely get raises, our spiffs got taken away from us, layoffs happened to people who lived & breathed PODS for over decades. Once layoffs start happening…it creates a very scary shift in working in the office.

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
