Awful Leadership - Anonymous employee PODS Employee Review

I have never written a bad review for an employer regardless of my experience but this place is awful. No salary negotiations. Raises are negligible. Highly cliquish, worse than a bunch of teenagers - which is unfair to teenagers! No chance for promotion unless you are part of the “popular crowd” regardless of how good your annual review is. Top heavy with Leadership positions. Leadership can’t make up their mind what they want so enriching is done last minute. Replacing full time employees with contractors. Talk about values and culture but don’t back it up.
