Pros

Pay and benefits are decent

Cons

Too many to list them all. Managers lead by intimidation. We will fire you attitude. After they fire half the drivers, they will not hire new ones. Instead, they put the extra work on their existing drivers. Work them to death with " mandatory overtime " and then want to talk about how important it is to the "company that their employees have a work life balance.

Pros

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
