Pros

The kids are great, I enjoyed working with every single one of them. The parents are usually really nice too, and are very appreciative (at least in my experience). When I had an issue with a client (went to an interview and learned client was violent), they dropped him as a client for the safety of the staff, and didn't continue with him just to make money. They let you pretty much do your own thing which is nice, you get to make your own schedule, and have no supervisor looking over your shoulder. They reimbursed milage for me so that was nice too, but they don't do that in all their locations. Pay was good.

Cons

The entire system was just difficult to work with. The parents kept my time sheet, and one of the parents kept losing it, and I didn't get paid for almost two months, because whenever she would lose it, the office manager wouldn't email me a new time sheet, she had to mail one only to the parent, who would promptly lose it again. I have given my two weeks for this reason. It's been two months since I've been paid and they have offered me no help in trying to fix this. They also once sent me to an interview where I didn't even speak the same language as the family. This made for a very uncomfortable encounter.
