Pros
The Regional Managers actually care and treat you with respect. Office staff are very genuine, polite, and caring which can be hard to find. You set your own hours with the clients. If you decide you don't like a client during your first meeting, you don't have to work with them. You make over 15 per hour if you are working with 2 people in a home at the same time. If you are the type of person that likes a lot of independence without management constantly breathing down your neck on the job, then this is the perfect job for you.
Cons
If you are working with one client, you only make 12.95 per hour - you cant feed a family in Sacramento on 12.95 per hour. The job provides little oversight, which could be a bad thing for you if you feel that you need a lot of it.
