      Good benefits and pay. Good group of people overall.

      Cons

      Long long long hours daily including weekends, holidays and forced to cancel vacations. Short sighted decision making no consideration at all for employees at any level.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
