Horrible Management that Burns HR… Working Here Negatively Change Me as a Person

Trying to give to most honest review I can. Honestly drawing a blank. Salaried workforce is usually trauma bonded. I regret ever working here.

I’ve worked at multiple sites, general list across all locations… - If you decide to work here, negotiate your start pay as high as you can, because unlikely you’ll get a raise outside of merit increases (3-4%) - Very “low trust” environment where everyone is made to constantly worry about who you can trust - Culture for salaried workforce across multiple locations is miserable - People aren’t recognized unless they do something bad - Corporate puts way too much work on HR’s back without considering field responsibilities (recently taking over payroll with many locations having only one HR role, and eliminating accounting departments) - Corp “leaders” will come for your wallet if you try to leave - New HRIS system is an absolute mess and no one in corp team implementing HRIS changes is being held accountable - Little work life balance - Been put in many dangerous personnel situations at work without concern from bosses - Personal sexual harassment claim not investigated for a year - Cases of insider trading in C suite even from Mike King - Beverage converting sites are getting shut down so there is no push from corp to improve anything
