      Profit Sharing , 401k match to 6 percent, Pay for insulin for diabetics,Great Lto's

      Cons

      Some Leads are very unprofessional, Disrespectful, Bully employees and fellow Leads, Reverse Discrimination favoring Hispanic but looking down on Caucasian and Black .No advancement opportunities and very low morale.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
