As if to say we value you and offer you insurance but if you use it , Oh well then you must pay an additional surcharge. - HR department is a mess - no meanigful training for employees, only obligatory quizes to cover the company - workload is heavy and people just fight fires, no real planning ahead - many reductions in force (RIF's) over the last three years - Good ole boys club

See the Pros. While it may seem fun, not holding people accountable makes life difficult for those of us trying to do the right thing. If given a choice, choose the new building. New management at the RMC has no clue what they are doing. Mgr. hides in his office when not walking around cussing out employees. Operation Milsap is a joke. Also have to watch for the 750 lb man come down from HQ, he likes to throw his weight around (ouch) when he's not stuffing food down his throat. Sound like sour apples? It is, been here 15 years and I'm watching the place go to hell quickly. Oh yeah, kiss your private life good bye, we've pretty much been working OT every day & weekend. No more give-aways, minimal raises and lack of appreciation.
