      Very nice 401K match. Decent bonus program. US based company not outsourcing or plans to outsource. Locations located throughout the US

      Cons

      Big company that tries to act small. Corporate management micro-manages plants. Strategy not focused. Much of the work at plants non value added so that folks in corp can monitor

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
