Pros
friendly environment great staff ever will help you in anyway possible plus if you working on machines u probably wont know about the time and break after 2 hours for 10 minutes and the second be will be for lunch if you are working in shift C which is night shift and the rest again for 10 minutes following a 2 hour gap . they will train you for a week and its paid too
Cons
machines don't work well in this factory always making trouble thts the main thing so you cant pick up the pace you want to work in and as soon as you pick it up the machine will let you down and have to then wait for machine operators to come and fix it for you so might take 2 minutes 20 minutes or an hour + Low pay rates you wont get more than $9.20 and after 6 months your pay will raise accordingly depends upon how you work
