      Pros

      Good starting salary. Industry minimum benefits and being reduced regularly. I can't think of anything else good to say.

      Cons

      Employees are treated like disposable merchandise. You must say yes to everything and ounce you complain or get sick you're fired.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
