      Fast paced, growth opportunities. Company has done well over the last couple of years and exceeded it's sales and bonus targets. Looking to continue to grow in different markets in the food industry. U.S based mfg, with locations across the U.S.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment and you roll up your sleeves to get things done. If you are used to delegating may not be place for you.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
