      Pros

      Constant work in the plant. Always changing and adapting. Good place to cut your teeth if you're up for a challenge.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover. Voluntary retirement leave positions unfilled. Politics are extreme and unless you look out for yourself you will get run over.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
