      Horrible company; management is abusive and unreasonable. The lack of communication and ability to communicate makes it difficult to thrive in the environment.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
