      Pros

      Their are no best reasons unless you are starving. if you want some postive feed back The only thing I can say is the pay check did arrive on time. Trouble is everyone is a cost reduction object when management screws up.

      Cons

      Managment was the most incompetent bunch of selfserving fools that I ever encountered.their motto try blaming everything on some scapegoat to save their butts.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
