      compensation is above industry average location is not bad if you live on the north side of Chicago benefits are in-line with the industry corporate location has on-site cafeteria

      career development is lacking, as is opportunities to network outside the organization lack of flexible work schedules limits work life balance

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
