      Pros

      Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. No need for experience. Match 6 percent 401k. Safety bonus of $40 every month.

      Cons

      Hire all high paying and salary employees from other failed attempts at management. Pay is often miscalculated and not corrected for at least 2 weeks. No support for leadership teams. Accidents happen often. Supervisors have no idea what they are doing. No acceptable training program or accountability at all.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
