There’s very much opportunity here if you’re willing to put in the hours.
Cons
I work 50-60 hours every week, as do the other members on my team. We’re consistently drowning and more work keeps coming. No work-life balance or respect for the human element. It’s all about getting the job done. Management needs some work. However, that’s my experience and there are other groups that would tell a much different story.
