      If it were the last job on earth!

      Cons

      Pactiv does not care about their employees. Most horrible place I have ever worked in my life! Horrible managers and women are underpaid and not paid the same as men.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
