      Lack of support from Management with not a lot of opportunity to move up. So focused on cost cutting that bthere is a lack of vision regarding the big picture.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
