      Pros

      The benefits are great: Health, dental, vision, Matching 401K up to 6% plus a yearly 2% match, paid vacation and all major holidays off. The pace of work is reasonable for the pay.

      Cons

      A lot of change going on to meet company wide earning goals. in 2014 there where TWO Reduction in Forces in a span of 3 months. The top uses threats of job loss to motivate site leadership. Lots of focus on savings without really understanding all the impacts or if goals are actually attainable.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
