When things are not going well, plants turn on themselves and points fingers and Production is "never wrong" even if lack of leadership or lack of communication occurs. As a private equity company, moving forward to more efficiently do the job requires investments and as production or sales roles rule this company, I don't see that happening. COST-CUTTING LAY OFFS HAPPEN EVER 3-5 YEARS! So much for loyalty and hardwork paying off.
