      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for those that can make decisions and get things done. Frequent re-organizations / RIF's mean opportunities for those that survive.

      Cons

      Brutal work environment akin to Survivor. Management doesn't value employees. Very hierarchical. Strategy is to do the same thing but get different results by squeezing harder. Pactiv is not nice to their customers and treats them like the enemy.

      Pros

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
