Hiring staff listens to you about what you need to place you where you would be comfortable. Classroom training was informative

Conflict with language barriers is ultimately what made me leave. Supervisor placed me with someone who didn’t know any English and I knew no Spanish. Laughed when I said none of us understand each other and said “you’ll pick up on what they say eventually”
