      Great co-workers, a company dedicated to their people, excellent pay and benefits

      Cons

      So far, I don’t see any! It’s publicly traded so there is some red tape that goes with that but I can’t be happier with my decision to join Pactiv Evergreen

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
