      Work life balance is great, if you get into the right department

      Cons

      Very political, do not give any incentives for hard working people. Bonus is to a minimum, and the motivation is at a zero, except new employees.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
