      Everyone is really helpful and a lot of the employees one the lines have been there for a while so they have tremendous knowledge to pass on

      Cons

      12 hour shifts (if you see that in a bad light). They go on a 2-2-3 schedule, so 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. And repeat

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
