      Pros

      The medical benefits are decent and they have a 401k.

      Cons

      Minimum wage job, miserable working conditions with temps in the plant being over 100 degrees in the summer, you get two days of vacation for the YEAR. When you complete five years of work you get five days. The management team is terrible, they hate the employees and each other. It's dangerous work, people have lost body parts working there.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
