Very very corporate feel since going public and not in a good way. Brought in several layers of unnecessary management, VPs, Directors, etc.... for departments that never existed. HR requirement is all open positions be posted for at least 5 days for legal purposes, those new management positions were never posted to the internal job board. Seemed to be Mike King handing out senior management positions to his friends. They claim to have changed their focus to become a more 'people centric' place to work but but have recently shut down and entire mill laying off thousands of people and elected to outsource jobs of an entire department from Lake Forest to India. Sold majority of non US entities to focus on manufacturing in the United States while sending our jobs overseas.
