      Pros

      Good pay great schedule 5 days on 5 days off! Sometimes feels like you're a returning employee!

      Cons

      Long hours 12hr shifts can be a little getting used to but you get 3 half hr breaks that seem to come pretty quickly (every 3 hrs)

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
