      Good pay for managers in general.

      Cons

      The parent company has put up the Pine bluff mill for sale, not telling who will own it. Cannot keep a mill manager or HR manager for any substantial length of time, overall moral suffering, like Pine Bluff; there has been an exodus of quality people.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
