Big company, normal pros/cons - Anonymous employee Pactiv Evergreen Employee Review

Managers micro-manage and call you while on planned vacation expecting reports and updates. Not the most ethical place: we had a savings initiative which reduced the color values of the product to save money despite going below customer contract. We were told we will do until customers complain then correct. Who does that? Knowingly breaks a contract and has hope as a cost savings plan?
