      The pay is alright, but not the best

      Cons

      Standing over 10 hours a day, very hot. It's not what I thought it would be when I started. Staff is not honest in the hiring process.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
