Pros
Was definitely happier working here during the pandemic, yet as the time went on, my love for the job went down. - People can be really great to work with.** - Benefits were not bad at all. - 2 Days a week in office* - Good to see some events going on. - Training is definitely provided when needed. - The company can go out of their way to get great employees. - Management really goes out of their way to take care of you if someone mistreats you.
Cons
- Workload can be overwhelming, especially with a timeframe. Got an error? Good luck. - Had anxiety working with someone, and the solution provided was to work closer with them. - *2 day remote when originally was fully remote. They’re just forcing it to get people to occupy the building they invested in. - The company had let go 1500-ish people yet still reported growth in profits? - ** Yet working with some people can feel hostile. - Work piled up and piled up, all the team mates agreed on this but our leaders say we have ‘the capacity’. We were just stressed but didn’t tell the leaders because why bother? - Usually got reminded that if we don’t do our work well, we will be shown out. Do we really needed to be reminded sometimes of being fired if we don’t do our jobs? That’s not good for the mind. - Sometimes there were no work-life balances.
