      Pros

      pay, depending on your position. It's not as hot as it used to be inside the plant. I don't know what else to tell you except it's not the worst place I've worked

      Cons

      Management and communication are almost non-existent. Can't get anything fixed when we need it. All the good maintenance crew quit left and the ones they brought in aren't very good at what they do.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
