      Very hands-on, self directed job. I've learned a lot about operations and plant analysis that I didn't experience at other jobs. Casual, friendly atmosphere. Flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      At times direction from management seems unfocused.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
