      Pros

      Pay is Good for job. A short work week because it 12 hr.

      Cons

      Hot in the summer but if you fine with it. racist cult group on the night shift. Management is in on it. High turn over rate. If they do not like you be prepared to work EXTRA HARD as they will put the machines on max and expect you to keep up. You’ll be exhausted from the 12 standing shift.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
