      Big and diversified packaging company. Lot of opportunities for people with the right skills, especially for production and operation people. Factories located all-over in the State.

      Cons

      Private company owned by New Zealand owner. Very short term oriented with focus on quick profit. Very little effort by the company to develop young employees.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
