      Its a dysfunctional bureaucracy. Some Managers were ok, but most had a micro-management, shut up and dribble approach. Good luck getting any recognition for your hard work. Your over-zealous manager will be taking those accolades. Kiss some butt and shut your mouth if you want to keep your job here. RUN!!!!

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
