12-16 hour shifts. Favoritism. Overtime. OT was forced due to relief call offs. It was also based on seniority both ways meaning if you wanted OT in your job bracket you could only get it if the those with more seniority in that same job bracket, didn't want it. But if you don't want OT and those with more seniority also don't want it, the newest employees or or newest in that particular job bracket were forced to do the OT.
