      Easy to learn, very repetitive job duties, pay and benefits ok

      Cons

      Not a family friendly place, even when family emergencies occur they still penalize you for attendance points, unpredictable over time and most is forced, employee has no say whether they want the ot or not, if you refuse it you get docked attendance points

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
