Pros
Co-workers are hard working and good people, the office is pretty big and in a good location. They throw good parties. They have good snacks
Cons
Management of SOME departments is horrendous. Some managers try to dump extra work on you to make you believe you are going somewhere within the company. Constantly changing your schedule and you are lucky if they tell you. Some managers do not even how to do the job of those they supervise yet are super critical of their work and will dissect everything you do. Those that are in the front-lines and know what they are doing are not heard, either way managers will do and say what they want.
