Pros
- THE PEOPLE. Can't speak on behalf of everyone at the company, but personally I look forward to working with and learning from my coworkers everyday. Outside of my own department, people are generally friendly. - Turnover. Yes, it’s a pro. Company is going through a lot of growth and is consistently hiring people. Sometimes bad people get hired, but at least the company react to it quickly. There is nothing more frustrating than having to work with people who are clearly incompetent/toxic/all about that drama. one of the reasons why I enjoy working with Pager is because the ones who managed to stay are actually good people who care about the job and the quality of the product. Company does not publicly announce the exact reason for specific employee termination for obvious reasons, but I think the dramatic/click-baity reviews here speak volume of those people’s character. - Management tries to be as transparent as possible. The CEO and some of the VPs are the most inspiring/dedicated people I’ve met. - The growth. Company is getting sizable contracts with some very big named clients. Not a lot of start up this size can pull it off. Truly impressive management team. - Very good healthcare benefits and work life balance - Great location
Cons
- Processes are work in progress and definitely not perfect, not for people who need a lot of structure - Perks could use a boost - People like to have meetings but they are not always useful
