Pros
My experience at Pager has been wonderful! I feel valued as an integral part of the mission/vision. I appreciate the level of collaboration and problem solving, and I know what I do impacts the lives of others. Benefits are excellent, I get to work from home, and I am happy with my level of compensation.
Cons
The one con is that there are many competing priorities and every day is very busy. I have to set conscious limits on my time to achieve the level of work life balance that works for me. I will say, that is the case for most jobs, so it's really no different than any rewarding position!
