      Pros

      The people here are fun, supportive, and friendly. I just watched one of our founders bounce a giant ball down the hallway in a fit of giggles. At the same time, we're at a really exciting time as we're putting together an amazing product. The demand is high but it's nice to see how quickly an idea or something put into action. Plus, there's no such thing as a boring day here.

      Cons

      I mean, the demand and time needed is high. This is a startup. But unlike other startups and work environments I've been in -- you're truly appreciated and people recognize when you do good work.

      Amassing experience. Friendly management team. They help you go, step by step through all the process and even after onboarding! Love the experience. 100% recommended. My best experience ever!
